Paradise found! I Am a Bunny, by Ole Risom, with pictures by Richard Scarry, from 1963. For sheer joi de vivre and unadulterated adorableness, it is unsurpassed. It also has those thick pages that you can chew on. This is without doubt the first piece of art that caught my eye as a child. I think of it often and how the bright colours and classic compositions have inspired me to this day. Thank you to Looky for taking the time to scan the book.
